Our inspiration:
“Le Mercredi des Cendres” (Ash Wednesday) is a beautiful ode to the hangover—the calm after the storm, a feeling we know all too well. As a tribute to all our rough Sundays, here’s a surprising Espresso Martini that celebrates both the playful bitterness of a slightly hazy morning and the joyful energy of the previous night’s carefree party.

Lychee juice
Beet syrup
Verjuice
Aquafaba
€11
Our inspiration:
Resolutely festive, this design infuses winter with hints of spring. To bring a burst of color to the cold, we chose lychee, whose sweetness subtly evokes the scent of roses. Beets, vibrant and earthy, balance the palette and set the colors ablaze. A tart yet tender blend, like a ray of summer sunshine in the middle of winter.

Red Rice Vinegar
€11
Our inspiration:
It was the protagonist’s demeanor that immediately struck a chord with us. A powerful yet serene demeanor, confident yet imbued with gentleness. Our creation draws inspiration from this: a cocktail that is both sweet and umami, subtle and complex, reflecting this painting and the message of hope it conveys.

Falernum from the Chalambiquée Distillery
Passion fruit
Coconut/Turmeric Siphon
€11
Our inspiration:
Mickalene Thomas’s work inspired us to focus on vibrant, passionate flavors. We crafted this cocktail with a particular emphasis on aesthetics: each ingredient was chosen for its color, and each texture was conceived as a textural element. The result is a tribute to both color and taste, where flavor and visual appeal complement each other.

queen of hearts
Port infused with rosebuds
Pisco Quebranta
Jallab syrup
Natural sparkling wine and grapefruit soda
€11
Our inspiration:
Lili Elbe, brought to life by Gerda Wegener’s brushstrokes, inspires us to create a sparkling, playful, and sensual cocktail that reflects her spirit. We’ve chosen to blend the boldness of pisco, a Peruvian grape brandy, with rose-infused port. To enhance this blend, bubbles add lightness, while a touch of rose date syrup (jallab syrup) adds a hint of roundness. The result: a bold spritz that breaks the mold and subtly balances sweetness and power.

Bourbon infused with roasted buckwheat
Apple-mango-black lemon cordial
Fermented milk mousse
€11
Our inspiration:
The tenderness of this scene inspired us to create a
gentle cocktail, almost like a caress. Our starting point: the Indian lassi, reinvented here as a siphon of fermented milk. The protagonist’s serene strength guides us toward rounded flavors—bourbon, roasted buckwheat, apple —while black lemon and mango evoke the enveloping warmth of the scene. A cocktail-sanctuary.

groupe de quatre nus
Belle de Brillet Pear Liqueur
“Entêté” Absinthe
Verjuice
Natural Sparkling Wine
€11
Our inspiration:
To accompany this labyrinth of flesh and this celebration of sensuality, our eyes fell on this champagne flute, a symbol of luxury and celebration. The juicy pear blends with the aniseed-infused madness of absinthe for a spellbinding and sparkling dance. This cocktail invites you to a sensual evening, and at its base, one last surprise awaits discovery…

Vin Jaune and orange-infused vermouth
Divine Spiced Gin
Angostura Bitters
Nanah Mint Soda
A splash of Chartreuse
€11
Our inspiration:
To capture the essence of this painting, we naturally chose to make orange the centerpiece of a long drink that is both refreshing and tangy. The combination of orange and Nana mint echoes the autumnal hues of the artwork, while the spiced gin from Marina, Divine’s distiller, enhances this harmony of flavors, paying homage to the gentle, intimate atmosphere of the women with the bowl of oranges.

Giffard Non-Alcoholic Smoky Agave
Labdanum Cordial
Hyssop Tonic
CBD Oil
€11
Our inspiration:
Like a psychedelic vision ahead of its time, this painting evoked a mystical world for us, which we sought to capture through a cordial (acidified syrup) made with labdanum, a Mediterranean flower whose scent is reminiscent of incense. Paired with an alcohol-free mezcal, simply mixed with tonic and enhanced with a few drops of CBD oil, here is our interpretation of divine light according to Lucie Cousturier.

la chambre bleue
Brioche-Infused Bruxo Mezcal
Bergamot Cordial
Turkish Tobacco Bitter
Earl Grey Nuage
€11
Our inspiration:
This painting is undoubtedly the one that spoke to us the most. For us, it is the ultimate celebration of solitary idleness. It evoked the laziness of a winter Sunday, wavering between binge-watching a show in bed, a cigarette, and a quick trip to the kitchen to grab a cup of tea. A simple pleasure where independence and time for oneself reign supreme. A blue room all to oneself.

venus endormie
Laphroaig 10-Year-Old Whisky
Cordial Vetiver
Distiloire White Vermouth
Rhubarb Bitters
Olives
€11
Our inspiration:
It’s impossible to talk about female painters and the female gaze without paying tribute to Artemisia Gentileschi. For her and her paintings, we’ve created a cocktail that’s understated yet powerful, refined and bold at the same time. Vetiver brings its elegant freshness, peated whiskey adds a briny depth, while the vegetal bitterness of the olive evokes the strength and intensity of her heroines. An elixir that celebrates Baroque Italy and the timeless sensuality of Venus, a true ode to art and the feminine.

l'avenir dévoilé
Dartigalongue Un-Oaked
Dartigalongue Dry Cellar
Pedro Ximenez
Mistelle Cacao Disent-elles
Fee Brothers Aztec Bitter Chocolate
€11
Our inspiration:
The intimate, mystical atmosphere of this painting and its autumnal hues immediately inspired us to create a Manhattan-style cocktail—dry, straightforward, and powerful. We blended two Dartigalongue Armagnacs, symbols of the passage of time: a young eau-de-vie and an older one, aged in dry cellars, the Dry Cellar. To unite these two characters, the rich bitterness of cocoa pairs perfectly with the fruity sweetness of Pedro Ximénez.
